It has been a quiet summer but Copernicana is now back, busy working and planning further steps of our oral history project. We are working to ensure that the
fascinating picture of the life of first Polish immigrants in Warwickshire is brought to the attention of wider public to inspire and enthuse other communities and future generations. We see these stories as universal narratives from which we can all learn about conflict and war, human resilience, integration and turning adversity into strength. We sent this postcard to all of our interviewees along with beautiful messages of hope and perseverance, put together by each of our amazing project participant.
